Terms and SMS terms

Terms for prototype messaging.

Effective September 8, 2026

Prototype service

EIEIO Text Desk is being tested as a shared communications tool. Features, availability, phone numbers, and stored test data may change. The service is provided as available without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Consent for a text conversation

You may text a question or request directly to (415) 663-2881 after reviewing the public SMS messaging instructions. Your message gives EIEIO Text Desk permission to reply about that sender-initiated conversation and is retained as its opening message. It does not authorize unrelated or marketing texts. Messages may include replies to your request, maintenance coordination, appointment or access updates, and document or media exchanges related to that exchange. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.

SMS terms

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Reply HELP for help or text (415) 663-2881. If you previously opted out, reply START to resume. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. See the Privacy Policy for how information is handled.

Shared-number identity

Multiple authorized team members may use one shared number. Staff replies may include a name prefix identifying the person who sent the message. Internal assignments and notes are not intended to be visible to outside contacts.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, impersonate another person, send abusive or unsolicited content, introduce malicious files, or interfere with the service. You are responsible for information and attachments you choose to send.

No emergency service

EIEIO Text Desk is not monitored continuously and is not an emergency service. Do not use it for immediate threats to life, safety, or property. Contact 911 or the appropriate emergency provider when urgent assistance is required.

Changes and termination

Testing access may be limited or ended at any time. These terms may be updated as the prototype develops; the effective date above identifies the current version.
