What this policy covers

EIEIO Text Desk is a prototype communications service for organizing text conversations among property managers, tenants, vendors, and invited testers. This policy applies to the web application and messages sent through the EIEIO Text Desk phone number.

Information we collect

We may process your name, phone number, message contents, attachments, communication timestamps, relationship or property labels, delivery information, and records of your consent or messaging preferences. The prototype also stores internal assignment and workflow information used by authorized team members.

How we use information

We use information to send and receive requested messages, coordinate replies, route maintenance or service requests, provide status updates, respond after hours, maintain communication records, prevent misuse, and improve or test the service.

When information is shared

Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate messaging and hosting, including telecommunications carriers, Twilio, and hosting infrastructure. We do not sell or rent personal information. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS choices

You may start a sender-initiated conversation by texting the shared number; your message supplies permission for replies about that exchange and is retained in the shared desk. This does not authorize unrelated or marketing texts. See the public SMS messaging instructions. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages, HELP for help, or START to resume after opting out. Opting out does not prevent necessary communications through other available channels.

Retention and security

We retain records for testing, operational, legal, and security purposes and delete or de-identify them when they are no longer reasonably needed. No system is perfectly secure, and this prototype should not be used for highly sensitive, emergency, financial, medical, or legally privileged information.

Your choices

You may ask about, correct, or request deletion of your information by texting (415) 663-2881. We may retain limited records when required for security, compliance, or legal obligations.
